Everything under one roof
At Klinikum Bremerhaven-Reinkenheide, there are various meeting places and services available for our patients and their visitors. As a visitor, you can meet patients in the common rooms on the relevant ward. In addition, subject to arrangement with the ward staff, the hospital’s own park is available for walks in good weather, or you can visit our Bistro 54° Nord in the medical centre.
You can also run a few errands: as well as Bistro 54° Nord and Café Engelbrecht, the hospital also has a pharmacy and a medical supplies shop, a kiosk with a DHL parcel point, a hairdressing and wig salon, and much more.

Our visitors have the option of using the pharmacy “Neue Apotheke am Klinikum Bremerhaven-Reinkenheide” if required. You can easily access it via the entrance to the medical centre, amongst other routes. You can reach the Bistro 54° Nord quickly and easily via the medical centre or the main entrance. Here, you can choose from a wide range of hot and cold dishes and drinks. Homemade cakes are available, as are Italian coffee specialities.
The “Presse & mehr” kiosk offers a wide range of magazines and daily newspapers, small gifts, snacks, and hot and cold drinks. You can also buy postage stamps and mail DHL packages.
As well as Bistro 54° Nord, you can visit the Engelbrecht bakery at the hospital for fresh bread rolls, coffee and much more. You can buy the baked goods to take away or sit in the café with its outdoor terrace.
You can reach both the kiosk and the Engelbrecht bakery quickly and easily via the entrance to the medical centre.

In the connection hallway between medical centre and hospital main bulding you find a medical supplies store ‘Sanitätshaus Kluge’. The store offers consultation, service, and provision of state-of-the-art aids – including orthopaedic and rehabilitation technology, supports and braces, compression therapy, and breast prosthetics.
Room of Silence
At Klinikum Bremerhaven-Reinkenheide, patients, their families and visitors, and staff members have the opportunity to use the "Room of Silence" as a place of retreat. You can find the Room of Silence in the hospital's entrance area, to the right of the information desk. Here, you can take a moment for yourself, find a sense of calm, and gather your thoughts. The room is open to all patients and visitors, regardless of religious denomination or faith.
